Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
The ground rules for booking a ride with Solaineteo Transportation — how bookings work, what we're responsible for, and what we ask of you. Straightforward, in plain language.
01About these terms
These terms apply whenever you book a ride with Solaineteo Transportation or use this website. By requesting a ride, you accept them.
We've written them in plain language so you know what to expect from us — and what we need from you.
02What we provide
We provide non-emergency medical transportation: scheduled, door-through-door rides to doctor visits, therapy sessions, dialysis and infusion appointments, and hospital discharges.
We are a transportation service, not a medical or emergency service. We do not provide medical care, medical advice, or emergency response.
03Not for emergencies
We are not an emergency service. If you or someone with you is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our drivers are not paramedics and our vehicles are not ambulances. We are not equipped to transport passengers who require emergency medical attention during the trip.
04Booking a ride
You can request a ride by phone, email, or through the booking form on this website. Please give us accurate details — pickup address, appointment location, appointment time, and any mobility or assistance needs.
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it to you. Please book as far in advance as you reasonably can; same-day and urgent requests are handled subject to availability.
05Fares and payment
Fares are quoted to you before or at the time of booking and depend on distance, the type of trip, and any waiting time. We'll always tell you the price before the ride.
If anything changes the trip — a different destination, additional stops, or a much longer wait — we'll let you know how it affects the fare.
06Cancellations and changes
Please tell us as soon as you know your plans have changed. Cancelling or rescheduling in good time lets us offer that slot to someone else.
Repeatedly cancelling without notice, or not being ready at pickup, may mean we're unable to keep your slot in future.
07Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time, and make sure the destination and appointment time you've given us are correct.
If a passenger needs assistance, let us know when booking so we can send the right driver and vehicle. For passengers who cannot travel alone, a caregiver or escort should travel with them.
Please treat our drivers and vehicles with respect. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
08Our responsibilities
We'll arrive within the agreed window, keep you informed about your ride, and get you to your appointment safely. Our drivers are screened and our vehicles are insured and maintained for passenger transport.
We can't be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other events outside our control — though we'll always do our best to keep you on time.
09Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a ride is limited to the fare paid for that ride.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law, including any rights relating to personal injury caused by our negligence.
10Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false ride requests.
Information on this site is not medical advice. If you have a medical question, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the current version applies to rides booked after that date.
Questions about these terms?
Call or email us before booking and we'll walk you through anything that isn't clear.
