Someone you canhand the keys to.
When a family member gets into a stranger's vehicle, trust has to be earned before the door closes. Here's exactly how we vet our drivers and run our rides.
What every driver clears
These aren't optional extras — they're the baseline. No driver takes a passenger without meeting all of them.
Background checks
Every driver passes a criminal background check and motor vehicle record review before their first ride — and we re-check on a regular cycle.
Licensed & insured
Drivers hold a valid license and the vehicle carries commercial passenger insurance. You're covered on every trip.
Passenger assistance training
Drivers are trained to help older adults and passengers with mobility needs safely in and out of the vehicle — not just hold the door.
Vehicle condition checks
Vehicles are inspected for cleanliness, working seatbelts, climate control and safety equipment before they go into service.
The same familiar drivers
For recurring appointments we assign the same driver wherever we can — familiar faces matter when someone is anxious about treatment.
Clear safety protocol
Drivers know what to do in a medical emergency. For anything urgent, they call 911 first — we're non-emergency transport, and we act like it.
Have a question about our drivers?
We're happy to talk through how a specific ride will work — who's driving, what help is available, and how pickup will go. Just ask.
